It's a experimental project about hidden private space and the exposed public space. We know only one part of facade wall, its inner part is not accessible for us. More and more often the borders between those two spaces are blurred. Often we balance between them. Sometimes we’re looking in like a voyeur by a small hole, or as a flaneur, we treat city as a space inside. What happens to the space when it’s snatched out of context? What kind of situation we’re creating? The construction of unconfirmed information about what is happening behind the wall facade introduces both chaos and forces us to stop, to think about, make some reflexions.

First part of this project was made as intervantion in public space in Leipzig Lindenau and was a part of exhibition in Praline OffSpace in Leipzig, September, 2011. This exhibition had the collective part - a wall, and the individual artworks.

"This international group exhibition examines the issues of the private and public space in such an exhibit hall, which is strongly reflected. This 15qm building is covered outside and inside by wood panel, which is isolated with a street-side window. The artists react with a collective work for the emerging issues. With the interchange of the spaces, the street become a private place and the interior develop to public space. The interior place of the galery is divided with a wall, like the orginal covering of the exhibition space. It means, that the view from outside to inside is only resulted a wall. Separeted and connected. Inside and outside. Private and public. Entering to the place, behind the wall, we can see some individual artworks of the international artists, More precisely, we can not see any of the already created works, only just imprints about them. The individual artworks, which only exist as a documentation there, become more personal with this presentemnt." Nora Feigl (HU)
